Monday – Food safety, knife skills, mise en place, veggie dips.
Tuesday – Practice knife skills, create a charcuterie board w/homemade vegan cheese spread and hummus.
Wednesday – Kale salad, bruschetta, and apple oat ball dessert.
Thursday - Spring rolls w/peanut sauce and sesame noodles.
All vegan of course! Gluten free options available.
Ages 9-14 / $110 per person
