Learn cooking basics such as knife skills, food safety, and organizing your workspace with mise en place.

Menu

Monday – Food safety, knife skills, mise en place, veggie dips.

Tuesday – Practice knife skills, create a charcuterie board w/homemade vegan cheese spread and hummus.

Wednesday – Kale salad, bruschetta, and apple oat ball dessert.

Thursday -  Spring rolls w/peanut sauce and sesame noodles.

All vegan of course! Gluten free options available.

Ages 9-14 / $110 per person

4 day camp from 4pm-6pm Monday-Thursday, July 22 - July 25th
